# SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing Dongguan Xinyang Garment Co., Ltd. We provide reliable worldwide shipping directly from our manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China to independent apparel labels, clothing brands, and designers globally. 

Below are the details of our shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and related policies.

### 1. SAMPLE ORDERS SHIPPING
To ensure your custom pre-production samples (such as vintage football jerseys or heavy fleece tracksuits) arrive quickly and safely for your inspection, we utilize premium international express couriers.
* **Carriers:** DHL, FedEx, UPS.
* **Delivery Time:** 5 - 7 business days worldwide.
* **Tracking:** A tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email or via our direct communication channels within 24 hours of shipment dispatch.

### 2. BULK PRODUCTION SHIPPING
For bulk apparel orders (MOQ 30+), we offer two primary shipping methods depending on your timeline and budget constraints:

* **Method A: Express Air Freight (Recommended for urgent drops)**
    * **Delivery Time:** 7 - 12 business days.
    * **Best For:** Small to medium bulk orders (30 - 200 pcs) where on-time brand launch is critical.
* **Method B: Sea Freight / Rail Freight (Most Cost-Effective)**
    * **Delivery Time:** 30 - 45 business days (depending on destination port).
    * **Best For:** Large bulk inventory orders to significantly optimize your profit margins and reduce your per-garment unit costs.

### 3. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Please note that total fulfillment time includes **Production Lead Time + Shipping Time**. 
* **Sampling Lead Time:** 7 - 9 business days.
* **Bulk Production Lead Time:** 14 - 21 business days after sample approval and deposit confirmation.
* We always strive to meet all launch deadlines. However, we are not liable for external shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or customs inspection bottlenecks in the destination country.

### 4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
* **Responsibility:** All international bulk shipments are shipped on an **EXW** or **FOB** basis unless specified otherwise. The buyer (importer) is fully responsible for all customs duties, import clearance fees, VAT, or local taxes imposed by their destination country.
* **Documentation:** Our factory will provide all standard commercial invoices and packing lists necessary to assist with smooth customs clearance.

### 5. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct prior to paying the final order balance. Once bulk cargo has been picked up by the logistics carrier from our Dongguan warehouse, the shipping address cannot be modified.
