1. Accepted File Formats

2. Background & Clarity Guidelines
- Transparent Backgrounds Only: All artwork files for printing or embroidery must have a transparent background (no solid white/black backing unless it is an intended part of the design).
- Low-Resolution Files: If your artwork is slightly blurry or has an unwanted background, our in-house design team offers free background removal and basic vectorized cleanup to get it production-ready.
⚠️ The Limitation: Please note that if the original image is extremely pixelated, blurry, or missing critical details, we cannot manufacture it accurately. In such cases, we will request a higher-quality file to guarantee your brand's premium standard.
