Refund policy overview

Scope of application of the refund policy

This refund policy applies to all users who have purchased merchandise through the FT Independent Platform. Users are required to comply with this refund policy in the event of a refund request after purchasing merchandise.

Refund application conditions

Users may request a refund if the following conditions are met:

(1)Items have quality issues upon receipt or are not as described;

(2)Merchandise is damaged in transit;

(3)The user needs to return or exchange the product for private reasons.

Refund request time

Users can request a refund within 7 working days after receiving the goods, after which the right to refund will be deemed to be automatically waived.


Refund process

Refund Request

Users can submit a refund request on the FTIS platform after meeting the refund conditions. Users are required to provide order number, product name, reason for refund and other relevant information, and cooperate with the provision of product photos or videos as evidence.

Refund Audit

After receiving the user's refund application, the platform will conduct an audit. After the audit, the user needs to send the goods back to the specified address in accordance with the requirements of the platform of foreign trade independent station, and provide the courier number and logistics information.

Refund processing

After receiving the goods sent back by the user, the platform of foreign trade independent station will be checked and confirmed. After confirming that the goods meet the refund conditions, the refund amount will be returned to the user's original payment account within 7 working days.

Handling of special cases

Merchandise quality issues

If users find quality problems or inconsistency with description after receiving the goods, they can apply for a refund. Foreign trade independent station platform audit confirmation, will be a full refund and bear the related postage.

Damage to goods in transit

If the user finds that the goods are damaged during the transportation of goods, he/she can apply for a refund. After the foreign trade independent station platform audit confirmation, will be fully refunded and bear the related postage.

Returns and exchanges for personal reasons

If the user needs to return or exchange the goods for private reasons, you need to apply for a refund within 7 working days after receiving the goods. Foreign trade independent station platform review and confirmation, depending on the specific circumstances to decide whether to agree to a refund, such as agreeing to a refund and goods in line with the conditions of the refund, the original amount paid by the user will be refunded and the user to bear the related postage.

Supplementary note

Some items do not support refunds

 Some of the goods are special goods, such as customized goods, personalized goods, etc., once purchased that does not support the refund, the user in the purchase of goods before carefully check the information.

Allocation of refund amount

Foreign trade independent station platform will be based on the actual situation to decide how to allocate the refund amount, such as the quality of goods or transportation damage, will be fully refunded and bear the related postage.
