### CUSTOMIZATION & SAMPLING POLICY (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
Welcome to Dongguan Xinyang Garment Co., Ltd. Because we specialize in fully customized, high-end streetwear and blokecore apparel manufacturing (including custom fabrics, printing, and sizing layouts), our return and refund policy differs strictly from standard retail stores.
By placing an order or paying for a sample/bulk production with us, you agree to the following terms:

### 1. CUSTOM BULK ORDERS (MOQ 30+)
Once a bulk order moves into production (after your tech-packs, vector logos, and size charts are confirmed), **we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for personal/private reasons or change of mind.** Customized garments cannot be resold. However, we guarantee the following protections for quality issues:
* **Defects & Quality Issues:** If the garments arrive with severe manufacturing defects, incorrect sizing that breaches the approved size chart tolerance, or incorrect fabrics/prints that mismatch your approved pre-production sample, please contact us within **7 working days** of receiving the shipment.
* **Evidence Required:** You must provide your order number, specific pictures/videos clearly displaying the issue, and a written description.
* **Resolution:** Upon verification by our quality control department, we will either:
1. Re-manufacture and replace the defective pieces for free and cover the express shipping.
2. Issue a partial or full refund for the defective portion of the order.

### 2. SAMPLE ORDERS & SAMPLE FEES
* **Sample Approval:** The purpose of our 7-day lab sampling process is to inspect the puff prints, embroidery, fabric feel, and boxy-fit silhouette before moving to bulk.
* **Refundability:** Sample fees are non-refundable once fabric cutting and printing/embroidery programming have begun. However, if you proceed to place a qualifying bulk order (meeting our minimum thresholds), the sample fee may be credited toward your bulk production balance.

### 3. DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
We ship worldwide using premium express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
* If your package arrives severely damaged or torn due to transit, do not sign for the package if possible, or immediately take photos/videos of the damaged outer box before opening.
* Contact our supply manager within **48 hours** with shipping documents and photos so we can file an official claim with the carrier and arrange a solution for you.
