Precision is the backbone of premium clothing. In this stage, we translate your vision into a professional Tech Pack (Manufacturing Blueprint) and detailed Size Charts. We finalize the exact specifications: fabric blend, Pantone color matching, printing techniques (such as screen print, puff print, or embroidery), and custom branding elements (neck labels, hangtags). Nothing goes into production until you review and digitally sign off on every specification.

Prototype & Sampling

Feel the Fabric, Test the Fit

Never guess what your bulk production will look like. We create a physical pre-production sample using your selected fabric and tech pack requirements. This allows you to inspect the fabric texture, evaluate the draping, test the fit on real models, and see the exact print/embroidery quality in person.

The journey ends only when the goods arrive perfectly at your warehouse or doorstep. We professionally steam, fold, and individually poly-bag each garment before placing them into heavy-duty, moisture-resistant shipping cartons. We offer flexible shipping solutions based on your budget and timeline, including Express Air (DHL/FedEx/UPS), Air Freight, and Sea Freight with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid/Door-to-Door) options—meaning we handle all customs and taxes for you.

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: Our standard MOQ for custom streetwear projects is usually 50 to 100 pieces per style/colorway. This allows us to source high-quality custom fabrics and maintain efficient machine setups for your brand.

Q: Can I order just a sample before committing to bulk?

A: Absolutely. In fact, we require sample approval before moving into bulk production to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the fit, fabric, and design.

Q: How much does custom manufacturing cost?

A: Clothing manufacturing costs vary greatly depending on fabric weight, garment construction, and the type of printing/embroidery used. Once you share your concept or Tech Pack, we will provide a transparent, itemized quote based on your unique design.

Q: What are your accepted payment terms?

A: We accept secure payments via Bank Transfer (T/T), Western Union, and PayPal (primarily for sample fees). For bulk production, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin manufacturing, with the remaining 50% balance paid after final QC approval before shipping.
